The production of corner joints is a common application in the furniture industry and can be carried out manually in furniture production or in series production on CNC machines.

The angular aggregate is clamped in the spindle of the CNC machine. The 45° gluing cutter, also known as a mitre gluing cutter, is clamped into the cnc aggregate via the tool holder, and the mitre gluing cutter mills the mitre profile automatically so that a form-fit connection at a 45° angle is produced with repeat accuracy.

The two tool outputs of the CNC aggregate can accommodate various milling tools that mill the profile and the counter profile in two operations, thus ensuring precisely fitting miters.
